Every product is handpicked and trusted by veteran NYC stylists who value clean, conscious, high-quality ingredients crafted through simple, thoughtful processes.
The atmosphere feels light yet grounding—filled with the subtle freshness of organic aromas, air-purifying plants, and soft, natural textures. Guests are invited to experience a full sensory immersion into a healthy mind-body self-care space, complete with homemade hair masks, nourishing beverages, and thoughtfully sourced snacks. Founded in 2025 by hair and beauty industry veterans Crystal Carrero and Andrew McCormick, Nomad_Studio was created as a modern alternative to the traditional salon experience.
Like you, we’ve spent years searching for the best in hair, skin, and makeup—and yes, even hair color. We’ve watched the clean beauty movement evolve from a quiet niche into a cultural shift, where awareness, transparency, and integrity matter more than ever.
At Nomad_Studio, we believe clean is not a trend—it’s a way of living and evolving. Every product on our shelves goes through a thoughtful, real-world vetting process before earning its place in our collection. Each formula is personally tested by our lead stylist for months—often up to a year—across different hair types and textures to evaluate long-term results. We track performance, repair, and hydration over time, gathering client feedback to ensure every item truly delivers on its promise.

HOW TO FIND US
Nestled at 30th and Broadway in the bustling NoMad/Ktown neighborhood, NOMAD_STUDIO is located inside NomadWorks an independent incubator for entrepreneurs and innovation of all kinds, centrally located 2 blocks from Herald Square, easily accessible from most subway lines as well as PATH trains.
NomadWorks’ address is 1216 Broadway (but the entrance is on 30th-you’ll see Copper Mug Coffee in our lobby).
Clients can go to the 2nd floor and check in at reception.
From there, Crystal or Andrew will personally greet you and escort you to the studio.
